Afternoon Tea Cancellation Policy

To secure your afternoon tea booking, we require a £10 deposit per person.

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance – Your deposit is fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made 8 to 13 days in advance – Your deposit is transferable to a new date but non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking – Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event and “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the final balance, less the deposit, to the card used to pay the deposit.
  • A minimum of 4 guests is required and the party will still be charged for 4 guests in the eventuality that fewer attend on the day.
